RETURN & REFUND POLICY TERMS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
This Product Return Policy (“Product Return Policy”) is for all Products (“Product” or “Products”) distributed in the United States by EuroThreads LLC. (“EuroThreads”). Note that this Product Return Policy contains distinct terms and conditions for returns from entities that purchase product from EuroThreads directly or from an authorized EuroThread’s distributor or sales representative.
RETURN POLICY
If unhappy with an item, please let us know. Our Returns Policy gives customer 14 days to return or exchange an item bought through an authorized EuroThreads sales representative or via the EuroThreads website. If 14 days have gone by since purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a “re-saleable” condition. That means returned item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging (Foil bags of threads CAN NOT BE OPENED) and returned with any additional comped products or marketing materials that were originally sent.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Product Ordered in Error - Product ordered and purchased from EuroThreads and returned due to Customer’s ordering error. Such Product shall only be returnable if a Customer notifies EuroThreads of the error in writing within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment pertaining to the ordering error and EuroThreads confirms receipt of request to return.
Damaged Products - Product ordered and purchased from EuroThreads and returned due to product damage. Such Product shall only be returnable if a Customer notifies EuroThreads of the specific damage in writing within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment and EuroThreads confirms receipt of request to return. Product must be returned with original packaging.
ADDITIONAL POLICY INFORMATION
There are certain situations where NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be granted (if applicable):
• Product purchased as a TRAINING PACKAGE will not be subject to a refund or an exchange once Training has occurred. The price charged for each training package is for the on-site training and for the training threads used during training. In addition, once training has been scheduled any cancelations are subject to a cancellation fee equaling 10% of the total Training Package price;
• Product returned and approved for an exchange or refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee;
• Any item not in its original condition, which is opened, damaged or missing product for reasons not due to our error; and
• Any item that is returned without prior notification received by Customer Service and is received more than 14 days after delivery.
RETURN LOGISTICS
Contact EuroThread’s Customer Service (612) 800-7155. To complete the refund or exchange process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All packages need to be shipped to the following address:

Once returned item(s) have been received and inspected, EuroThreads will confirm via email that returned item(s) were received. EuroThreads will also notify customer of the approval or rejection regarding requested exchange or refund.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING
If customer chooses not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure or declare the full value of the product, customer will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
REFUND PROCESS
If return is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card on file or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. If customer paid for standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If refund hasn’t been received, customer should first check their bank account again.
Then contact their credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact customer should contact their bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If customer has completed the above steps and still has not received the refund, please contact Customer Service.
POLICY CANCELATION
EuroThreads retains the right to discontinue this Product Return Policy for any Customer, whom EuroThreads determines, in its sole discretion, has misused this Product Return Policy and/or misrepresented the reason for returning product.
